Success…

I got it….

It took a Plan A, a Plan B, a Plan C and then just a clever husband…

But I got it…

I’d like to say it means even more to me because it took such an effort, but I’m not sure that’s the truth.

I’m just happy that the memory has been perserved.

And I think I’ll always remember all the blood (not really), sweat, and tears (more than should be mentioned) that went into this memory.

Okay, I don’t just think I’ll remember, I know I will.

My kids surrounded by pumpkins.  This is all I wanted.  And yes, that is a smile on my Bree-Bree’s face!

Who knew such low expectations would still result in such a frustrating process.  Toddlers don’t pose well…and mine don’t sit ever.  But Sean did a little show involving pumpkins on his head and made them think sitting in the pumpkins was all their idea and thus, the picture!  Brilliance.

There were even a few other moments that occurred sans meltdowns at our second trip to Hall’s Farm last night.

Bauer loves the wagons…pulling not so much riding.

And he was pretty taken by the hay maze, well more the hay than the maze!

Maybe my Bree-Bree will be a farmer…

And I can’t get enough kisses from my Boo!

Yep, another wagon pull with Dad!

And I couldn’t resist putting in another pic of Bree’s adorable smile.

It wasn’t a perfect trip by any means.  I’m not going to mention the corn maze where we almost lost both our children many times because they run so fast and ended up having to escape out the entrance.  LOL!

But Sean and I both tempered our expectations (or really just me, his are always way more in check) and worked together to have a great family night!
