We did it…and did it exceptionally! Sea World, thanks for showing us such a good time!
There is no denying that it was hot…and thus there was ample opportunity for meltdowns and complaining…but instead we:
Rode a Shamu roller-coaster OVER and OVER and OVER again!
Said hello to one of our favorites…Abby Cadabby!
Fell asleep watching some our favorite shows in a fabulous hotel!
Had a blast figuring out where to go next based on the Sea World map!
Watched a water skiing show in the shade.
Waiting patiently to see Shamu and her baby!
Cotton candy helps us be patient!
FYI: We are not fans of the SPLASH ZONE!
We loved the new Bay of Play with all its nets for climbing.
We enjoyed playing in the pool at the hotel…
But not as much as we loved feeding the dolphins!
There were lots of sharks and lobster creatures to check out.
The kids had fun feeding these alligators…scary!
I was the lucky winner to get to ride in the egg ferris wheel!
Sean and Bree checked out Shamu on Day 2.
Our annual trip to the outlets outside of Round Rock scored me this great new purse!
We also got to eat some yummy Hula Hut food in Austin on our way back home.
This just makes me laugh! Bennett is such a great sport!
We checked out the Austin Children’s Museum! The boys loved the trains!
Sean and I loved the free happy hour at the hotel!
We completed our little trip in Austin with dinner at Waterloo. The restaurant with the sandbox and playground that makes us all smile!
And we ended our trip by fulfilling a birthday promise for our newest 3 year old.
We saw Cars 2 as a family!
Bennett almost made it through his first movie!
The older b’s acted like old pros in the theater and definitely gave Cars 2
TWO THUMBS UP!
Another anniversary trip in the books for the Murphy clan! I’d say this was the craziest yet most enjoyable yet! It’s amazing what a difference a year makes for the older b’s at Sea World. It really is fun to watch them remember things from year to year and get excited to go back and do it again!
Looking forward to a one on one date with my hubby to celebrate our 7th anniversary this weekend!
