No, it is not Thanksgiving in a couple days and no, I’m not confused that Christmas is more about Jesus and Peace on Earth. But it is hard to not be extremely grateful this Christmas season!
Here’s a pictorial list of a few of this things I’m grateful for…
…an incredible husband/father who loves to encourage our son to push his limits (here he is sitting up with a little help)
…the first of many smiles to come from my baby boy
…all of my boys hanging out and happy
…having a little girl who likes little girl things like feeding her new baby, “Dolly”
…having a husband who can put together and fix just about anything and has enough patience to let his toddler helpers have a role.
…seeing a picture opportunity around ever corner in my house
…witnessing my two older B’s call their daddy to tell him about their day
…a 7 week old baby who is already sleeping through the night (he does sleep on his back…this picture is of a quick nap on his stomach)
…and having kids that love each other, Bauer especially loves to kiss on Bennett…which might explain why they are sharing the same awesome cough right now!
I’m thankful for all this and more. 2010 has been an exceptional year and Santa hasn’t even come yet! We aren’t closing out 2010 blogs yet, there will be more to report! But I couldn’t help but share some of these amazing memories this morning! Good luck to all on final preparations for Santa and family fun!
