I’m so thankful for naps…

Turkey Day Murphy Style involved a fast and furious weekend that involved lots of fabulous family, lots of fun, and not nearly enough naps!  I’ll let the pictures do the talking!

Even on Turkey Day, Bree will always find a fun place to swing!

Cousin Audrey introduced Bree to a new way to ride on the trike.

Bauer had his own fun learning to roll over this week!

Of course there was a little shopping thrown in for good measure…and yes, Bree is facing the wrong way!  We are seriously working on picking our battles with that one.

We are so thankful for all the quality time with Grammy and Granddad!

Sean is commonly mistaken for an inside jungle gym at family functions…look closely and you will see him.

There was lots of good eating.

And lots of football watching.

Finally all the cousins are still for a picture…aren’t they so cute!

And after all the festivites, there were long naps for the kiddos…I never quite got to partake!

Bauer has his “I’m so full I could burst” look going on.

Just a quick catnap at the Uncle’s house.

Life is so good with blankets surrounding your every inch!

It was such a great weekend and again, I could not feel luckier to have the family, friends and life God has blessed me with.

Can’t believe its already December…here’s to a great rest of the holiday season.

    Julie and Sean,
Thank you for taking the time to add to your blog postings. They are always wonderful and bring a smile to my face. I am so thankful for you both and the family you have created. The blog allows us to share in the little things that happen every day. You are so generous with your time and are never too busy to join in the extended family’s activities. The Thanksgiving festivities were made even better by having you all stay with us. I loved our “let’s bake together” time. Thank you Sean for being willing to move in with your mother-in-law for 4 days. I imagine that it wouldn’t seem too inviting to most sons-in-law. I am blessed with 3 wonderful children, 2 generous sons-in-law, a very sweet daughter-in-law, and 5 fantastic grandchildren. I am grateful for Gary’s recovery from Quadruple By-Pass surgery this year, and for our 40 years of marriage.
    Love, Mom
